All a woman has to do to look dressed up is put on heels. Seriously—that’s it. Heels make leggings, jean shorts and even drawstring cargo pants look dressy. Men, on the other hand, have to wear a very particular cut and color of jean if they’re even going to take the risk of wearing jeans, but they usually just have to wear dress pants. And if there isn’t a button down shirt or blazer involved, they look like a scrub.
