Just this month, Carly Monzo of Pennsylvania got the shock of her life when snowboarder and Olympic gold medalist Shaun White showed up at her prom to be her date. Monzo posted a clip online asking White to be her date, but she never received a response. He surprised her by appearing on stage with his band, Bad Things, freaking out all the young people at the dance (in a good way). He eventually danced the night away with Monzo and took pics with her and other students.
