When a person is pissed off it can oftentimes be a challenge not to take it out on other people, especially if they happen to work for the company that’s giving you issues. Call service representatives deal with complaints, orders and typically everything else in between. Sure many companies are hiring outside of the U.S. for these positions, but there still are a few good men and women that enter this profession.
