He can’t make it to kid functions
When your child is receiving his certificate for having good grades or perfect attendance, you can’t always count on your husband being able to attend. Sometimes he’s too busy at work, and other times he seems to make excuses because this small of a function just may not be worth his time. Work it into his mind that these small celebrations only happen once, and it’s best for everyone that he is able to witness them.
