It takes a special kind of woman to keep the perfectly coiffed hair on Patrick Dempsey’s head coiffed perfectly. When the “Grey’s Anatomy” star walked into the beauty salon for a hair appointment, there was an immediate attraction with hairdresser Jill Fink. They waited for three years until they were both officially single to start and they have been going out together ever since. Dempsey and his wife have been happily married for years. They have three children together, and, yes, she still cuts his hair.
