Mentoring younger individuals can prove to be value-adding for a lifetime. It is recommended that you spend a little bit of time using your experience, knowledge and wisdom to help the younger mentee to understand certain aspects of life that cannot be explained in a book, to challenge them in a positive way and to hopefully prepare the mentee for a great future.
