For most individuals, fall is a long-awaited season and break from the monotonous brutality of the hot summer sun.  As the temperature begins to drop and the leaves of deciduous trees begin to turn color, many people start rearranging their closets with their fall wardrobe and cleaning their houses of unnecessary clutter.  In addition to these typical tasks, it is important to remove clutter from our lives that attempt to interfere with our peace- that is, external people who add no value to our overall well being.  These individuals can be siblings, relatives, purported friends, associates, coworkers, etc.  And, they can be found in our homes, neighborhoods, jobs, social networking sites (i.e., Facebook, Twitter), etc.

Although the process to separate yourself from these individuals can prove to be somewhat painful in some cases, it is absolutely beneficial to your spiritual, emotional and physical health.  Here are at least five types of people that you may want to remove from your everyday microcosm as the beautiful fall season begins to blossom:
