Nothing bad will happen as long as I’m there
Your boyfriend is going on a trip? He’s going to a bar? He’s going to a party where an ex is? You go along because “Nothing will happen so long as I’m there.” So…what you’re saying is, something would happen if you weren’t there! You may think, “That’s okay, because I will be there.” Great, so you have to never leave this guy’s side for the rest of your life. Look: a bad guy who just hasn’t had the chance to be bad is still a bad guy.
