Although most of Michelle’s legal problems unfortunately are related to driving under the influence of alcohol, she did have an altercation that went beyond her role in Girlfight. In 2002, she was arrested for getting into a fight with her roommate. She was charged with assault but they were dropped when her roommate decided against pressing charges in court. She was probably a little nervous; Michelle is really pretty but does not look like the one you want to to mess with.
