Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Strawberry-infused Keeper’s Heart Irish + American
( 300g quartered strawberries + 1 bottle Irish + American, freeze overnight, strain with fine mesh, then with paper filter)
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Strawberry
1 1/2 oz Strawberry-infused Keeper’s Heart Irish + American
( 300g quartered strawberries + 1 bottle Irish + American, freeze overnight, strain with fine mesh, then with paper filter)
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Strawberry
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake, and strain into a flute or stemmed wine glass. Top with Prosecco (or Brut for a drier finish) and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
