Phenomenal I am
Phenomenal I Am is a Black woman-led program that helps young women and girls navigate the many hurdles into womanhood including body image issues, mental health, healthy relationships, and career aspirations. The organization was started by Brittany Baines, who has extensive experience working with at-risk youth in mentoring and therapy programs. Phenomenal I Am has mentor-mentee programs, empowerment workshops and creative expression workshops.
