Can ASMR Be Sexual?

ASMR is not, in and of itself, sexual. However, it produces a sense of relaxation, along with something called “increased skin conductance response” (SCR). Put simply, SCR relates to one’s level of arousal in response to stimuli. So these two elements together can put someone in a state in which they’re more ready to become sexually aroused.
