Call your landlord about bringing an exterminator in the place to actually do something that might work, and if they act funny, you can always let them know you’ll pay for it–by taking it out of the rent you pay. And that’s actually something you can do depending on the renter’s rights you have in your state. To get an exterminator, the prices usually depend on the size of your home but can start as little as $30 for the basics and go as high as over $1,000. But if you really just don’t feel comfortable in your crib because of the rodent(s) taking over, it might be a cost you won’t mind paying.
