There’s been another development in the ongoing child custody case between Keshia Knight Pulliam and Ed Hartwell.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Ed Hartwell’s request for an appeal to the child custody ruling has been denied. The Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia denied Hartnell’s application for a discretionary appeal.

Hartwell was attempting to challenge the ruling granting full custody of two-year-old Ella Grace Hartwell to her mother Knight-Pulliam. Hartwell was also responsible for paying child support. In another appeal, he was denied a new trial.

Hartwell argued that Knight Pulliam took Ella out of state when she was supposed to be visiting him in order to support Bill Cosby during his trial. He also accused her of keeping his daughter from him while she filmed “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2018. Knight-Pulliam also felt her participation in the show affected her mothering.

She begged to be evicted from the house and thus ousted from the competition because she was concerned she didn’t have enough breast milk to feed her daughter.

He was not able to convince the court to grant an appeal.

Hartwell and Knight Pulliam married one another January 2016, after dating for a few weeks and being engaged for a single day. The couple filed for divorce six months later. Ella Grace was born a year after their wedding in January 2017.
