An arrest warrant has been issued for Joseline Hernandez’s arrest due to her violating her custody agreement she has with her ex, Stevie J, over their two-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella.
The former Love & Hip-Hop:Atlanta star was mandated to allow Stevie to have custody of their daughter from July 28th to August 11th. Since Hernandez was going to be in Miami shooting Marriage Boot Camp, Stevie flew there to meet her but she wasn’t there. According to TMZ, she flew to Los Angeles, CA with Bonnie Bella instead. Stevie’s lawyer quickly alerted the courts and the judge issued an arrest warrant and ordered her to turn over their daughter or she would be arrested by the L.A County Sheriff.
Their custody agreement states that Hernandez has full custody while Stevie gets visitation. Stevie has made it known that Hernandez doesn’t follow the agreement and now she is facing major consequences.
Since Hernandez has violated the custody agreement, Bonnie Bella will be with her father until August 15th when they return to court in Atlanta.
No word yet on if she complied.
