When we interviewed 112’s Q Parker and his wife of 17 years, Sharlinda Parker, back in 2015, they shared that they had endured their ups and downs as a married couple. But after making some adjustments, like actively seeking to put God in their lives, they were able to move forward. And at the time, they said their marriage was stronger than ever.

Hopefully, they had enough time put in to withstand this latest trial.

According to Bossip, years ago, the world learned that Parker had fathered with a child with another woman during his marriage. The woman requested $12,000 a month in child support. Parker filed a new repayment plan to accommodate his bankruptcy. The judge approved $200/month payments to the mother of his child, Leah Steele Barnett to help care of her now-13-year-old son.

This payment is a fraction of the $2,250 a month the judge ruled that Parker had to pay for the boy. Barnett said that Parker has never paid child support and owes close to $300,000.

The $200/month plan will allow Parker and his wife to keep their Atlanta-area home, which is currently in foreclosure.

As a part of the bankruptcy plan, Parker will pay his creditors $1.800 a month for the next 60 months and in August, he’ll pay $500 a month on his mortgage debt on the five bedroom, four bathroom house.

Parker will return his 2014 Audi and 2011 BMW to the leaseholders.

Earlier this year, our sister site Bossip reported that Parker owed $500,000 to 50 creditors and had less than $1,000 in the bank.
