Beautycon New York went down this past weekend and let’s just say that the eyeshadow palettes weren’t the only pop of color to catch our eye. Hennessy Carolina twirled through looking like a neon fairy princess rocking an abstract lime green tulle dress from Laurence and Chico ($295.00, laurenceandchico.com).
The Laurence and Chico creation — which also comes in a gorgeous dusty rose shade — is definitely not for the faint of heart. The strategically placed tulle was held in place by thin straps adorned with mini pearls for a soft touch. All in all, Hennessy’s look was an eye-grabbing mix of bold and sweet, fierce and flirty. While we may not all be inclined for Hennessy’s out-there look, it was a great reminder of the versatility of tulle as a fabric.
