Today is the 48th birthday of a one Kenya Summer Moore (now Daly). The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and new mom may be moving closer to 50, but she has managed to be retain her youthfulness. Spending her birthday on the beach in a bikini a couple of months after giving birth will show you that:

The key to that, as she shared recently, is prioritizing her health and wellness for as far back as she can remember. That has allowed her to bounce back relatively quickly after a tough delivery of her daughter, Brooklyn.

“I’m 47 years old. I was worried too,” she told Dr. Oz. “The young girls get to snap back but what about me? [laughs] And so, you take care of your body and you eat well.”

“I eat a lot of fruit. I drink a lot of water — a lot of water,” she added. “Vegetables. I’m really a pescatarian so I eat a lot of fish, sushi, things like that.”

And she also has a few beauty tricks too, including an age-defying eyebrow technique.

“No knife. I believe in the natural technique, until all else fails,” she said in 2016. “So, we all know that the eyebrows sort of frame your face. If your eyebrows are droopy or straight it brings your face down, which gives you an aged look.” Moore said, “if you lift your eyebrows up, simply by just arching your eyebrow, you’ll open your eyes and it’ll actually make you look five to ten years younger.”

All of Moore’s efforts have worked out pretty amazing, because despite it being her 48th trip around the sun, she doesn’t look all that different than she did when she was 28 — or 22 when she won Miss USA in 1993 and launched a modeling and acting career. For further proof of her crazy good genes, hit the flip for images of her from over the years.
