It’s never a bad thing for a gal to be her biggest fan. If you don’t gas yourself, who else will?
Eniko Hart gets it. The 34-year-old beauty gave birth to son Kenzo last November, and soon after doing so, she got back to work in the gym. A lover of fitness before having her son, she didn’t have too hard a time getting back into it. So as Kenzo’s first birthday fast approaches, Eniko is celebrating the progress she’s made to get back to feeling and looking like her pre-baby self. She shared a post of herself in the mirror in what seems to be a two-piece swimsuit and made herself her #WCW of the week.
It helped that Eniko worked out throughout her pregnancy, slowing things down as she inched closer to her due date. And once she got back to work after delivery, her training was a little bit of everything. She hit the Stairmaster, used row machines, did weight training, as well as ball slams and tosses, squats, toe-touches and a lot more. She’s kept the hard work up with her trainer, Rebecca Broxterman, and also works out with famous husband Kevin — including when they’re on vacation. She seems to have a preference for strength training, but also enjoys things like jogging on the treadmill, box jumps and moves that tone your bum.
Though her workouts are tough, whenever she takes a break from them to travel or just to allow herself time to rest, she misses it, and for good reason. The results don’t lie (and the endorphin rush is pretty awesome as well)!
