It’s likely safe to say that you won’t be seeing Tami Roman on the next season of Basketball Wives. It would be a shock if she returned.

In a recent interview with Human Nature Magazine, she revealed that while her co-stars have been live-tweeting and promoting the episodes on their social, she actually hasn’t even been watching the show.

While attending the Jessica Rich store opening on Melrose Avenue last month alongside her stylist, who goes by @styledbyudi on Instagram, she was asked by the site about what fans could expect from the reunion. It’s been reported that Roman abruptly left the taping.  Per a source who spoke to The Jasmine Brand, “She told Evelyn that she was sorry, thanked everyone for a great season, then walked off the stage.” That apology was for the comments Roman made about Evelyn Lozada allegedly lying about the domestic violence she dealt with in her short-lived marriage to Chad Johnson. After acknowledging that is was wrong to say that to Lozada while out for lunch with Jackie Christie in episode eight, Roman’s appearances with the cast decreased significantly. She had one last argument that almost turned physical with Jennifer Williams in episode 11, and after that, she was just taped with her partner Reggie and her daughters. She even declined the chance to go on the trip to Amsterdam with the rest of the cast. She seemed to be fully over the drama on-camera, and it seems to be the same thing off-camera.

When asked at the store opening about Basketball Wives, she quickly responded by asking, “What about it?”

When the interviewer asked what people could expect from the reunion due to all the rumors surrounding what happened and her issues with Jennifer Williams, Roman said, “Ok, you’ve been watching? ‘Cause I haven’t,” before busting out in a laugh.

She didn’t care to speak on reunion spats, but she did say that people could look forward to seeing her look quite stylish.

“The only thing I want to interject about the reunion is styled by Udi in a Sergio Hudson suit. And it was amazing!” she said. “You’ve got to watch for the rest!”

It’s not a shock that Roman seems to be distancing herself from the reality series. She told Life & Style recently that she was excited to be filming a spin-off because Basketball Wives had given people the wrong perception about her.

“I think it was time. I’ve been a part of the Basketball Wives franchise since 2010 — and it hasn’t been for lack of trying to have my own situation, because we tried several times,” she said. “But I do also think it’s just a matter of timing. They say, ‘If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans,’ and I think you have to do things when it’s ordered by Him — not to get too spiritual. But I feel like it’s the right time for this moment to happen, because people have seen me one way on Basketball Wives for so long and eventually that takes its toll on public perception of you.”

“I’m thankful that the spin-off is coming now because I get to show the many different facets and dimensions that aren’t actually seen on Basketball Wives,” she added. “You know I have this great guy, I have great children, I have a great career, I do a lot of philanthropy work, I’m involved socially in my community and outreach programs and I have an amazing blended family, and so it felt like the right time to do something like this.”

She has seemingly gone through a major transformation that she’s shared on her Instagram. And not only physically (she has made healthy eating a priority and shed pounds because of a history with diabetes), but also spiritually and when it comes to how she deals with others. She’s changed for the better and is ready to do bigger and better things:
