Black L’Oreal Executive in Nasty Battle to Keep Her Job

(Times Live) — Dudu Tshabalala, 40, was fast making her mark at the company, becoming the first black woman to be appointed to the group’s executive committee and was also promoted several times. Her dedication as general manager of group diversity also earned her the opportunity to speak on L’Oréal’s behalf on racial diversity at SciencePo in Paris in 2008 and at an international ethics forum in New York last year.
