We probably all have that one person who inspires us to keep moving when it comes to our health and wellness. For new mom of two, Tia Mowry, it’s mom of three and superstar, Beyoncé.

The actress recently started a fitness journey since giving birth to daughter Cairo in May, and as she shared with followers, it’s been tough.

“I have to say, getting back to a solid workout routine has been so hard. Harder this time around,” she wrote on Instagram on July 12. “With a newborn, your days are engulfed with taking care of your beautiful baby. Changing diapers, breastfeeding, etc. By the end of the day, you are extremely exhausted. All you really want to do is sleep. However, I’ve learned, I have to take care of me too. It is okay to work on you. If you don’t, nobody wins. Here’s to tapping into me! Getting there! 2 and a half months.”

So far, she’s been working out consistently since late June, and her hard work is already starting to pay off, as she showed us on Wednesday:

And in an IGTV clip of her going to work on a bike at SoulCycle, the 40-year-old talked about how Queen Bey is the one person who motivates her to keep moving when she doesn’t want to.

“So, this working out thing is wearing me out,” she said. “I’m so tired and this heat, this L.A. heat! And not only that, just having a newborn at home and not getting lots of sleep, breastfeeding, all of that. Phew! It’s hard. But you know what keeps me going? Beyoncé. I love you, girl. Whenever I think about giving up, I’m telling you, man. I just think about Beyoncé. So thank you, Beyoncé.”

We totally get it. The 36-year-old, who has one-year-old twins and 6-year-old Blue Ivy, managed to be only belly throughout her latest pregnancy, allowing her to look like this in no time:

But just like Tia, Beyoncé had to put in the work. We know that when she was carrying Rumi and Sir, she continued to exercise, taking part in Tia’s beloved SoulCycle classes with Jay Z and Kelly Rowland, “taking a class almost every day” according to a source.

And before she turned Coachella into Beychella, she prepared by going back to a vegan diet.

Beyoncé has always used pretty hardcore means to stay in shape so that she can excel as a performer. Her diets are pretty infamous. And while Tia isn’t using the same exact extreme methods, she’s using a similar determination. We get receiving inspiration from the greatest living entertainer. Bey slays.
