City Maps Bedbug Offensive
(Wall Street Journal) — Bedbugs have gotten under New York City government’s skin. After a somewhat hands-off policy that left individuals and companies to handle bedbug problems on their own, the city Wednesday plans to announce an education campaign to combat the critters, according to a person familiar with the matter.
