Now this is in no way meant to discredit the corporate guys of the world who are handier in the boardroom than around the house. However, when you become a dad, fixing things around the house is almost expected.
Building a playhouse in the backyard, fixing a child’s bike and expertly taking care of the outdoor decorations during the holidays, are just a few examples of being the resident Mr. Fix It. It also shows your children how important it is to handle whatever is needed.
