Surprise! Millennials are really interested in threesomes. At least, according to one study published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, they are.
Researchers surveyed 274 18-24-year-old heterosexual males and females on their “attitudes towards multi-person sex.” 31 percent of women and a not-so-surprising 82 percent of men responded that they were open to getting busy with two people at one time.
As far as the specifics go, most men stated that it was important to know the third party that would be joining them and their partner in the bedroom. Women, however, only cared to know the couple if they were the third party.
Ironically, interest doesn’t necessarily translate to actual engagement. Only 24 percent of men and 8 percent of women admit that they’ve have already acted on those urges. Perhaps, the idea of having a ménage à trois is more intriguing than actually following through with having one.
