Madames, we all know that Monday mornings can be rough. Whether you’re coming off a busy or relaxing weekend, work just seems so…work-y (yes, that’s my word)
So, we want to know if you have a ritual, a practice, or something that you do to make your Monday a little brighter. Is there a song that gets you going?

I also make sure to do some super stretching to snap out of any Monday morning funk. I have a friend who starts her “week” on Sunday, so Monday feels like Tuesday. You follow me?
