Brown Officially Running for D.C. Council Chair
(WTOP) — D.C. Councilmember Kwame Brown tells WTOP that he has officially filed his paperwork to run for D.C. Council Chair. Brown first informed WTOP of his intentions in late March. Brown filed the necessary paperwork with the D.C. Office of Campaign Finance late Wednesday.
