On the heels of her first fashion partnership with New York & Company, Gabrielle Union has launched a new fashion line with the American wear-to-work retailer for women.

Dubbed the Gabrielle Union Collection, there’s 51 mix-and-match separates that can be effortlessly styled into a woman’s everyday wardrobe ranging from work-ready basics to cool and casual weekend looks. Think silk, long-flowing kimonos, wide-leg jumpers, sleek, and curve-hugging frocks all within a color palette of primary colors. Lucky for us, most of the pieces are priced under $100. However, when it comes to the outerwear, things get a bit more expensive as expected.

For Union, keeping the clothing affordable was very important. “You do kind of become an asshole if everything you’re talking about is a few mortgage payments and a normal person can’t afford any of it—like, what are you saying, really?” Union told Glamour. “Trying to create a line that’s accessible for a lot of people, to working women, was important to me. I care. I’m listening.” The accessible price point, plus that feeling she wants to elicit in the customer base, is what “propels people out of their chairs and to their computers or to the store,” she continued. “That’s the goal.”

In addition to serving fashionistas on a budget, making sure women feel comfortable in the clothing ranks high in her demands for the line. “I’m trying to use fabrics that are comfortable but still suck you in but aren’t fighting you by the end of the day. I want to give you some fly, dope pieces that go from day to night; then if you feel like changing it up completely and going for drop-crotch joggers, some sneaks, and a cool sweatshirt, I got you.”
