The kitchen is usually the room of the house that’s most important to women and Ayesha Curry has certainly put her stamp on hers. The wife of pro baller Steph Curry’s kitchen is as golden as her Golden State Warrior and she’s showing off all the intricate details of the place where she cooks her infamous meals in the latest issue of Food Network Magazine.

December 23 will mark one year that the Currys have been settled in their Walnut Hills, CA, home. The same week the family of four moved into their new digs last year Ayesha filmed the pilot for her Food Network show, Ayesha’s Homemade, and developed the recipes for her debut cookbook, The Seasoned Life. All this while making prime rib and lasagna for a party of 25 for Christmas Day.

While everything in the kitchen space, which all seems to have a touch of gold, looks shiny and new, the stove was actually transported from the Currys’ old home to their new house. The 65-inch La Cornue range was a gift from Steph to Ayesha for her 26th birthday, and as you can see it fits in perfectly with the decor of the kitchen from the gold range hood to the herringbone backsplash.

But while the sophisticated design certainly suits Ayesha’s taste, as a mother of two little girls, Riley, 3, and Ryan, 1, the basketball wife does have one regret. She confessed: “I wish I’d done something more childproof, wine-friendly and citrus-friendly.”

We’re sure they’re making it work. Check out more pictures of the Curry’s kitchen on The Food Network.
