In 1997, a woman named Autumn Jackson blackmailed Bill Cosby for $40 million saying she’d go to the tabloids saying that he was her father. Instead of paying up, Cosby admitted to having had an affair with her mother Shawn Upshaw and demanded a paternity test. But Jackson refused to submit a blood sample and ended up spending 14 months in jail for extortion.
