In 2010, Karen Sala rocked Hollywood when she claimed that Keanu Reaves was the father of her four adult children aged 25, 23, 22 and 21. She said that not only was he their dad but that he’d lived with the family off and on — before, after, and during her marriage to her ex-husband. Sala wanted no only $150,000 a month in retroactive child support but $3 million a month in spousal support.
But the story got crazier when the tabloids found out that Sala made her claim after Keanu had already submitted a paternity test verifying that the kids weren’t his. Sala claimed that he somehow cheated the test. But when she refused to show a judge the father’s name on her children’s birth certificate or have her husband submit a DNA test for the children he raised, the case was thrown out of court.
