Part of Lady Gaga’s appeal has been her androgynous look and the “Poker Face” singer has certainly played it up. Rumors have even emerged that Gaga was born a hermaphrodite. In 2011 as part of her MTV VMA performance, she became her alter ego Jo Calderone, a tough talking Italian guy from New Jersey. Calderone was busy that night. He flirted with Britney Spears, ran his mouth at the media and performed in place of Gaga for her song “You and I.”
