It’s well known that eye contact is essential in interviews, but so is overall body language. The way you sit discloses interest in the job, confidence and a slew of other social measures that the interviewer will at the least subconsciously note. Being aware of your body language will also keep distracting movements to a minimum. (Take note, hair twirlers and hand talkers.)
