Confidence is great in any situation but you should still be aware of weak points in your experience. And if you’re aware of them, HR has likely noticed them as well. Give the interviewer a chance to express hesitation so you can alleviate any concerns about your ability to do the job well. Near the end of the interview ask if there is anything that would prevent you from moving on in the application process. Being able to acknowledge shortcomings and explain how you plan to overcome them could move you forward.
