Job interviews are appraisals of a candidate’s value and fit or a company, and everything is assessed. Make sure the outfit you choose is in line with the atmosphere of the company. It’s fine to have an interview uniform but you wouldn’t wear the same outfit for a creative position at a liberal upstart as a traditional appointment at a Wall Street financier. If ever in doubt, choose a conservative look.
