Some women are born with envious features, or at least embrace their imperfections, while others opt for physical alterations. We’ve seen some of our favorite celebs transform their ‘cute button’ noses into slender “Hollywood” features. Some of these celebrities have successfully transformed and added to their beauty, while others should have immediately contacted their surgeons to see if they could revert back to their ‘before’ selves.
Still, these celebrities all have one thing in common: a new nose.

Besides breast implants and rumored Botox, Vivica A. Fox may have also undergone a nose job. As she first burst onto the big screen with a rounder nose, over the years she and her nose have slimmed down. Do we love the before or after Vivica?
Nicki Minaj
All Barbies have slim noses, right? Well in Nicki Minaj’s case, she may have not been born with the nose of a Barbie but money can buy you the features of your choice. Although, Nicki has denied a nose job, previous pictures of the animated rapper suggest otherwise.
Lil Kim
Lil Kim has become one of those celebrities you look at and have to utter ‘why?’. As she rapped and alongside Biggie in the 90s, she was a vibrant, beautiful black woman. Then she changed. Opting for a seemingly new face, her nose job was one of the many disasters that destroyed the beautiful Lil Kim we knew and loved.
NeNe Leakes
Allowing the world to witness her nose job via the reality show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes apparently dispelled the myth that cosmetic surgery is somewhat private. While her nose job may make her look slightly younger, it may be somewhat too slim for her round face.
Janet Jackson
Born into a family where plastic surgery seems to be prevalent, the stunning Ms. Jackson’s current nose seems to be slighter smaller than the already slim nose she had in her 20s. Janet has also been rumored to have undergone other surgeries. Whatever her secret, the 44 year old pop icon can give women in their 20’s a run for their money.
LaToya Jackson
While her sister Janet may have had luck in the plastic surgery department, Latoya Jackson has been featured on many ‘nose jobs gone wrong’ lists. Seemingly slightly disproportioned, Latoya may be one of the celebrities whose ‘after’ nose negatively affected her appearance.
Naomi Campbell
An icon in one of the most superficial industries there is, it only makes sense that the beautiful supermodel, Naomi Campbell fell prey to the ‘new nose’ syndrome. She was exotically beautiful then and even still; but her ‘real nose’ gave her a fuller and more realistic look. If only she could get it back.
Keyshia Cole
When claims circulated that one of the ‘realest’ r&b singers out had undergone plastic surgery to alter her nose, I’m sure some fans were slightly disappointed. Although Keyshia hasn’t confirmed or denied the claims, some of her past and present pictures seem to support the claim.
