Be mindful of how your behavior affects those around you. Staring at someone, especially during their workout, can make them feel self-conscious or uncomfortable. Treat everyone with respect and focus on your workout, creating an environment where everyone feels confident and at ease. While gyms can be crowded, it’s important to be aware of your surroundings. Keep your equipment and body within your designated workout space to avoid encroaching on others.
