Name: Tiffany Hardin

Location:  New York

How We Know Her: A business development exec, Tiffany Hardin is the true power and strategy behind the posts of some of our favorite brands.

Why We Chose Her: Starting her career in the music industry, Tiffany made a name working with artists such as Kanye West, GLC, Consequence, Busta Rhymes, and Missy Elliott. Transitioning into advertising did not slow her down as Tiffany successfully led influencer strategies and activations for Fortune 500 companies with the help of star talent she recruited such as Kendrick Lamar, Kelly Rowland, and Tristan Wilds, to name a few. Now Tiffany is creating more buzz than ever before as founder of Gild Creative Group, a consulting firm that provides “cultural engagement activation strategies” with a social focus. Her clients include Black Girl in Om and Heal Haus, and she’s inked partnerships deals with brands such as Target, Samsung and Lululemon.

What’s Next: Gild is going for the gold, with a full-court press on cultivating dynamic partnerships.

With all the injustice that’s going on in the world, it’s obvious why Black Girl in Om (BGIO), a mindful lifestyle brand, fiercely protects our health and wellness. They “create space for women of color to breathe easy,” and Tiffany Hardin is head of strategic alliances and business development for BGIO.

Tiffany is doin’ it for the culture. Her résumé is filled with plum gigs that include working in the music industry under famed hip-hop scout John Monopoly and Violator Management alum (turned TV producer) Mona Scott-Young and later, music, advertising, and marketing vet Steve Stoute.

Also under the Gild Creative Group is She Knows, “a platform dedicated to collecting and sharing the insights of confident, driven women” who share their experiences.
