It was just two months ago that singer and former Love and Hip Hop Hollywood star Brooke Valentine gave birth to a baby girl, hiding an entire pregnancy with zero speculation that she even was with child. Talk about the best-kept secret of 2019!
Two months later, she and partner Marcus Black decided to finally introduce their fans to their two-month-old daughter, whose name is Chí Summer Black, and the little one looks a lot like her mother:
Valentine also gave fans a glimpse at her unseen maternity photographs, with the 34-year-old sporting a red gown and some white lingerie in the shots:
The news came out in May that Valentine was a new mom after Black paid tribute to her for Mother’s Day.
“What do you get a woman who only wants privacy and chic-fil-a 😂 ???” he joked. “I went back and forth all day on whether or not I was gon post this but I mean… it’s Mother’s Day babe. I just can’t let the day end without publicly thanking you for our princess,” he wrote on Instagram. “I thank God for you and I’m excited about this new journey. Through all the ups and downs, high risk appointments, hospital stays and life’s uncertainties you stayed solid. You’ve always been ten toes down. I never had to question where you stood in my life. My plan is to multiply your investment in my purpose. I love you without conditions my ni–a… Happy Mother’s Day.”
Once the cat was out of the bag, Valentine thanked fans for being understanding about the fact that she kept her pregnancy on the low.
“Thank you all for your support and respect for privacy,” she wrote at the time. “When it comes to my kids I’m just a bit old fashion.”
Aside from baby Chí Summer, the “Girl Fight” singer is also mom to a son named London.
