(Wall Street Journal) — Imprisoned former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has a lot on his mind—civil disobedience, Detroit’s woes, the day he proposed to his wife—and he’s sharing his thoughts with the world.  Not even prison bars, it turns out, stand in the way of Twitter.  Mr. Kilpatrick is serving up to five years in a Milan, Mich., prison for lying in state court about an extramarital affair detailed in racy text messages to his former chief of staff-turned paramour. And he was newly indicted last week on a slew of federal charges accusing him of running a racketeering enterprise and soliciting and accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes while in office.
