Her baby is ServiceMaster Building Services, which provides janitorial services to more than 200 area clients, including the Rose Quarter, Sleep Country Amphitheater, Crown Plaza and Robert Duncan Plaza. Barbara Neyland’s ServiceMaster Building Services, a Portland franchise of the global janitorial services corporation, this year became the first Oregon recipient of the company’s coveted Marion E. Wade Master Award for top performer.
