Inventory of Federal Space Could Create Savings
(Atlanta Journal Constitution) — Taking inventory of more than 7 million square feet of office space is no easy chore, but that is what local U.S. General Services Administration officials are trying to do. The net result is to make sure federal agencies in Atlanta are using office space in the most efficient manner, said Shyam Reddy, regional administrator for the Southeast region of GSA, the real estate procurement arm of the federal government.
