Juliet “Juju” C. of Love and Hip Hop New York has always been in good shape while also being curvy at the same time, but the author and woman known as the girlfriend of rapper Cam’ron has slimmed down substantially over the last few months:

The secret behind her new look has been, in part, giving up meat and processed foods, among other things. Juju shared that in three months she lost 21 pounds with the help of a cleaner diet, but also through a plan that includes 30 minutes of working out a day for 30 days and consuming three natural products throughout that time that provide you with energy, help you detox and burn fat. Still, not every weight loss decision is a big hit with people. Certain individuals commented that they preferred the thicker, heavier version of Juju. But as she put it, it doesn’t matter what people think of how she looks. What she’s focused on is the fact that “this is the healthiest I’ve felt, my energy is through the roof. My skin is glowing, my hair is growing, and every curve is still in tact.”

While she may not have looked like she was carrying much weight because of her height (she’s 5’9″ — I’m 5’10” so I get it), as she said, she’s looking and feeling much better both on the inside and outside. Looking good!
