11 Celebrity Women Who Don’t Play In The Gym
For many stars, working out is just something that has to be done to keep them in good condition. A few sessions with a trainer here, a few dance rehearsals there. It’s not their favorite thing to do, but it’s necessary.
However, for other stars, going hard in the gym is something they thoroughly enjoy. Not only is fitness a necessity for them, but it is something they have fun with.
We showed you celebrity women who gave us serious fitness goals in 2016. Check out 11 women who have decided to make physical fitness a priority and aren’t playing in the gym or with their bodies in 2017.

Taraji P. Henson
You don’t get a svelte figure like the Empire and Hidden Figures star without throwing around some balls, going hard on the ropes and pounding tires in the gym. Henson is a team player when it comes to pushing it to the limit to feel the burn. She isn’t afraid to put in work.
Another way to stay stunning at 44? Make no excuses in the gym.
The singer looked amazing while renewing her vows late last year. The beauty was able to turn heads in her wedding dress thanks to her extensive workouts with trainer Sonya McRoberts and alongside hubby Kendall Taylor.
The former Color Purple star (the Broadway production) is an absolute fitness fiend. Not only does she stay toned in the gym but she also runs marathons.
After battling with bulimia as a teen, Lovato is embracing her body in major ways these days.
“Focusing on food and exercise changed my life,” she told Glamour. “Someone said to me recently, ‘You wouldn’t put diesel in a Bentley.’ When you treat your body like a Bentley, you value yourself and you start to look at your body differently. I work out every day or six days a week—that’s what I need to stay stable up here.”
The actress may have pushed out twin boys, but you would never be able to tell. She can thank her consistent yoga classes and busting a move for fun for her killer snapback.
Scary Spice has been #bodygoals since the ’90s. Three kids later, Mel B is a cardio queen burning almost 1,000 calories in each workout session and embracing yoga.
The Chewing Gum star was comfortable enough making us laugh in her drawls during Season 1 because the girl is slender and toned. She works it all the way out in the gym and seems to enjoy doing so solo.
The WAGS Miami star’s motto is “To be sexy is to be fit.” She has a separate Instagram page focused solely on fitness that offers workout plans as well as meal plans for followers. It also shows her putting in work in the gym.
No comment on her controversial curves, but you have to give Khloe Kardashian credit — she doesn’t play when it comes to working out consistently. Whether she’s boxing, going hard with cardio or lifting weights, the Revenge Body host has found peace of mind in the gym.
Juliet “Ju Ju” C.
People who watch Love and Hip Hop know Ju Ju as Cam’ron’s girlfriend, but she’s also an entrepreneur, realtor and a “spokeswoman for a curvy and healthy lifestyle.” While I’m not crazy about folks wearing and selling waist trainers as well as detox teas, it’s clear that Ju Ju doesn’t need such things. She spends a lot of time working up a sweat on the treadmill, doing jump rope and focusing on extensive ab training.
