Randy Roedema was found guilty criminally negligent homicide and third-degree assault. His sentence hearing is scheduled for January 2024.
The McClain family received the largest payout in the Aurora, Colorado's history.
Bodycam video from an August 2019 arrest showed all the ways former Aurora Police Department officer Levi Huffine ignored Shataean Kelly, a 28-year-old woman who was arrested after fighting with another woman.
Officers Rosenblatt, Woodyard and Roedema are on "nonenforcement duty."
