What did Stevie say? Hotter Than July, right? Not only is it sunny, but it’s steamy hot outside. What item do you always try and build an outfit around to look hot but keep cool in the blazing heat? I love a sundress. It’s one piece and allows a breeze to flow through…if you know what I mean:)
