Earlier this week, I had the chance to check out a press preview of luxury brand QOR‘s new womenswear athleisure line. What I was introduced to were pieces that were not only made out of some of the best materials (including cashmere), but somehow, clothing that could go with you pretty much everywhere. And by everywhere, I was told that means from the gym to the office.
QOR founder Joe Teno, who was the former CEO of women’s athletic brand Athleta, wanted to provide women with clothing that could support even the most active of lifestyles.
“Life is busy and being active is key to enjoying it, so we set out to design premium apparel that is made for motion,” he said via a statement. “Our women’s collection is designed to move with consumers through life with comfort and ease. We wanted to create attractive, fashionable styles that support an overall active lifestyle; most of which can be worn everywhere: from work, to yoga, or travel.”
And that’s no lie. The pieces are soft, yet they can withstand great movement and even sweat. The collection has moisture-absorbing merino tees that also quell smells. And aside from leggings and tops, there are also dresses, sweaters and jackets that are quite versatile and perfect for throwing on after a workout when you’re on your way to the office.
But aside from the 22 pieces available, QOR plans to expand their offerings in 2018 in time for spring. So whether you’re looking for durable pieces (and there’s a lifetime warranty if you really want to test that durability) for a workout, for work or to work your way through the airport, QOR has you covered. It’s function meets fashion to the nines.
Check out the full collection over at QORkit.com. But just remember, it is a luxury brand, so prices are a big higher. With costs ranging from $48 to $248, proceed with caution, and a healthy-sized wallet.
