Simply Green Tropical Mix – Serves 1

 

WHAT YOU NEED

 

1 large kale leaf

1 small handful of spinach

½ large sized ripe banana

½ medium sized mango

3 pineapple spears

1 teaspoon of flaxseed

½ cup of cold water

½ cup of  dairy or non-dairy milk of your choice

1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder

Ice cubes 4-6

 

HOW TO PREPARE

Wash your kale and spinach. Peel your banana, wash/peel your mango, peel your pineapple and cut into smaller pieces to blend easier. Put the milk, ice cubes, and the rest of the contents in your blender of choice and blend. Serve and enjoy.
