Orange Coconut Cream – Serves 1

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1 medium ripe orange

1 cup milk, unsweetened coconut flavored milk (vanilla flavored is fine too). If using regular fat free whole milks (as in regular brand milks) or 1% milk, use only ½ cup

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 handful of spinach

1 teaspoon of unsweetened shaved coconut

4-6 ice cubes

½ ripe frozen banana

 

HOW TO PREPARE

Peel your orange, cut into smaller pieces to blend easier. Freeze your peeled banana overnight if you can for this one. If not, it’s fine to use a room temperature one, just peel and use ½. Wash your spinach, use fresh spinach only. Put the milk, ice cubes, and the rest of the contents in your blender of choice and blend! Now serve and enjoy.
