Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Star Wars mania is in full effect. And for everyone who can’t get enough of The Force Awakens, there was Star Wars: The Clone Wars. About 121 episodes of it.

Sure, it’s a cartoon, but millions of adult viewers loved this hit show, which ran for six seasons.

Coming to America

This 1989 pilot for a Coming to America TV show, starring Tommy Davidson, was quite terrible. Everyone’s favorite Eddie Murphy movie is just a little too hard to take from the big screen to the small screen.

Prime time has long been overdue when it comes to providing an animal-friendly program. In 2014, NBC was working on a reboot of Marley and Me starring a new Marley. No word yet on if the series will actually see the light of day.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Film fans always get nervous when their favorite movie gets ready to hit the TV screen. But Buffy The Vampire Slayer is classic proof that sometimes the show can be better than the film it originated from.

And while no new episodes are in the works (yet), there could be a new movie spinoff of this TV and movie hit!

Monster-In-Law

Empire may not be the only show featuring a family feud on prime time. A spinoff of everyone’s favorite movie about evil in-laws was in the works at Fox in 2014. No word yet on who will be starring in this TV comedy and if it will even go forward. But if the drama levels are as good as the movie, it could definitely be a hit.

Rush Hour

A Rush Hour TV show without Jackie Chan or Chris Tucker? We were skeptical too. But it looks like the writers from Cougar Town will be on board. And with that much funny behind the script, we’re going to find it hard not to tune in at least once.

Ghost

The movie with everyone’s favorite ghostly romance was announced for development in 2013 and still seems to be a work in progress. But we’re waiting to hear if Whoopi Goldberg is in it before we get excited.

Hitch

Been dying for another dose of Will Smith in Hitch? Well, you won’t really get it. But the big screen star is reportedly going to executive produce his 2005 hit for TV. And if development works out, it’s coming to Fox!

Clueless

Remember Clueless the TV Show? All of the actresses from the movie still looked young enough to play high school students when they starred in the spinoff. How crazy is that?
